Taniko or ‘finger weaving’ forms an intricate woven detail at the edge of Maori cloaks.
This design is created using pieced patchwork.  An original quilting pattern for the centre block is also included.

The image show two wallhangings in different colourways.  I also have available the Taniko wallhanging as a kit in the two colourways.
