Ordering

 

There are four ways to place an order with www.kiwiquilts.co.nz

1. Use the website ordering system.  Chose your product/s and click 'add to cart'. 
    Follow the directions for completing the order.
2. Fax your order to: +64 9 486 7478
3. Mail your order to:

Complete the ordering details and mail to the address above or fax it to

ONLINE ORDERING

You can order online by completing the Qty (Quantity Box) or indicating what fabric yardage you require or how many fat quarters you may want and then clicking on "add item to cart" on the products you wish to purchase.  e.g. if you want one and half metres of fabric type in 1.5 in the Qty box.
We use a secure server that will protect your credit card number against illegal use, however if you wish to pay by credit card but would prefer to send the details by post then either use the order form (which you can download here) or send me your details and order requirements by fax or mail (see address and fax/phone numbers above).

PAYMENT METHODS

Payment may be made by Visa, Mastercard, Paypal, cheque or internet banking. If paying by cheque allow five working days for the funds to clear before the order is sent.  All instructions for payment are on the ordering page on the shopping cart.

FREIGHT CHARGES

In most cases orders will be filled within 48 hours, provided stock is on hand. If there are any delays of over a week we will notify you by email. You will not be charged postage on back orders.

Within New Zealand -
Packaging and handling on all orders is $4.50 regardless of the $ value of the order. Orders will be shipped NZ Post.

Within Australia -
Packaging and handling on all orders is $10.00 for orders up to $150 and then for orders over $151 airmail postage is $20. Orders will be shipped airmail via NZ Post and occasionally via International Courier, but I will contact you if this is the case.

International postage -
Freight will be charged at actual cost and confirmed by email before the goods are sent. All international parcel orders are shipped International Airmail Postage.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

All orders will be confirmed within 48 hours. Email enquiries will be answered promptly.

RETURNS POLICY and GUARANTEE

Kiwiquilts is confident that their products will bring a smile to their customers.
However, if for any reason you are not smiling or completely happy with your purchase, you are welcome to return the goods, in the condition they were sent, for a refund or an exchange.
Sorry, postage is not refunded.
Please note: Once software packages are opened they can not be returned. 
Fabric cut from the bolt cannot be returned.

Missing/damaged parcels.

Any parcel that is posted within New Zealand and is damaged upon delivery, in order for a claim to be made, you must notify me in writing/email within seven days of receiving your parcel.

If a parcel is not delivered we can claim via NZ Post for non-delivery.
However NZ Post will not be liable for parcels posted for delivery within New Zealand unless you let me know, in the case of non-delivery, within 14 days of receiving your shipping email.
Or for overseas parcels 28 days in the case of non-delivery of any international postal item.
