Kiwiquilts is an internet quilt store specialising in New Zealand and Australian fabrics and quilt designs. Many of the quilt patterns are exclusive to Kiwiquilts.
Since 2005
Kiwiquilts has supplied quilters around the world with quality 100% cotton patchwork fabric that have designs unique to New Zealand and Australia, plus patchwork templates and rulers made in New Zealand and other products that Mary just can't resist, like the
X-blocks™ tool and
Electric Quilt quilt design software. Recently British and some Japanese fabrics have also been added to the range.
The owner and designer, Mary Metcalf, is passionate about patchwork and quilting, colours and fabrics and the accumulation of quilting fabric. Plus, as a fourth generation Kiwi, Mary is extremely proud of her New Zealand heritage and through the website is able to bring a piece of New Zealand's unique scenery, design and flora to quilters throughout the world.
Great care is taken with all orders and quilt patterns are clear and concise.
New patterns, software and quilting gadgets are added weekly - all designed to make quilting easier and more enjoyable.
