Tiny checkerboard squares only 1/8" (2.5mm) square.

A very useful fabric for borders, sashing and areas where you don't want just a plain old fabric but one which can give a lift to your quilt.  From a distance it reads as a solid but closer up you notice the checkerboard. Very tasteful.
