There are three ways to place an order with

1. Use the website ordering system.  Choose your product/s and click 'add to cart'. 
    Follow the directions for completing the order.
2. Mail your order to:

3. Email us your order: 
(We have removed the manual order form due to concerns about the security of your personal information)  


You can order online by completing the Qty (Quantity Box) or indicating what fabric yardage you require or how many fat quarters you may want and then clicking on "add item to cart" on the products you wish to purchase.  e.g. if you want one and half metres of fabric type in 1.5 in the Qty box.
We use a secure server that will protect your credit card number against illegal use, however if you wish to pay by credit card over the phone please call us at the store. +64 7 868 8190


Payment may be made by Visa, Mastercard, Paypal, cheque or internet banking. If paying by cheque, please make it out to Needles N Pins LTD and allow five working days for the funds to clear before the order is sent.  All instructions for payment are on the ordering page on the shopping cart.


In most cases orders will be filled within 48 hours, provided stock is on hand. If there are any delays of over a week we will notify you by email. You will not be charged postage on back orders.

Within New Zealand - Please allow 2-3 working days
Packaging and handling on orders is $7.50 regardless of the $ value of the order. This excludes extra wide backing fabric and batting orders which will be charged at actual postage cost if the cost is over $7.50. Orders will be shipped PBT. 

Within Australia - Please allow 2-6 working days
Due to increases in postage. Packaging and handling on orders is NZ$12:50 for orders up to NZ$150 and then for orders over NZ$151 and up to NZ$300 airmail postage is NZ$20:00 and orders over NZ$300.00 airmail postage will charged at actual cost and confirmed by email before the goods are sent. This excludes extra wide backing fabric and batting orders which will be charged at actual postage cost if the cost is over NZ$12:50/NZ$20.00. Orders will be shipped airmail via NZ Post and occasionally via International Courier, but I will contact you if this is the case.

International postage - Please allow 6-10 working days
Freight will be charged at actual cost and if over NZ$25.00, will be confirmed by email before the goods are sent. All international parcel orders are shipped International Airmail Postage.


All orders will be confirmed within 48 hours. Email enquiries will be answered promptly.


Kiwiquilts is confident that their products will bring a smile to their customers.
However, if for any reason you are not smiling or completely happy with your purchase, you are welcome to return the goods, in the condition they were sent, for a refund or an exchange.
Sorry, postage is not refunded.
Please note: Once software packages are opened they can not be returned. 
Fabric cut from the bolt cannot be returned.

Missing/damaged parcels.

Any parcel that is posted within New Zealand and is damaged upon delivery, in order for a claim to be made, you must notify me in writing/email within seven days of receiving your parcel.

If a parcel is not delivered we can claim via NZ Post for non-delivery.
However PBT will not be liable for parcels posted for delivery within New Zealand unless you let me know, in the case of non-delivery, within 14 days of receiving your shipping email.
Or for overseas parcels 28 days in the case of non-delivery of any international postal item.
