The name for the quilt came from the Happier range of fabrics from Riley Blake in the USA.

Quilt size: 1.4m square or 55" square.
Funky, modern quilt, great for beginners.
This quilt is made from' disappearing' 9-patch blocks. Simple sewing and cutting, ideal for a beginner, but lots of fun for the more experienced quilter.
A lot of quilts are now featuring white or cream backgrounds so I have designed this quilt to be right up-to-the-minute.
The instructions are fully illustrated so you can't go wrong!
To the left is the range of fabrics I used in the quilt. You can see that they are really fun with clear colours.
The
Happier Quilt kitset includes the pattern, all the fabrics you see to the left plus a cream calico and the stripe for the binding.
You will need to add batting and backing.
Here's a closer look at the quilt and the quilting. I used a cotton batting.

This kit comes complete with seven fabrics from the Happier range plus a good quality cream calico.
Plus the pattern of course and the binding striped fabric.
